Hypertext Proposal

The question I intend to solve is at what point, if any, is the well being of the greater good more important than the rights of the individual? This is a huge philosophical issue, and a very relevant issue in today’s society as well as in Little Brother. There are times when violating the rights of an individual (like the right to privacy) can help, or even save the lives of mass amounts of people. But are saving those people worth breaking this intrinsic moral code? Once a line is crossed, it’s difficult to go back. I will investigate this issue in terms of Little Brother as well as relating it to current and past events.
