Inspiration from Past Hypertexts

I found Marie Galetto's analytical hypertext on bad teachers to be extremely successful. She reveals her own opinion on the negative aspects of having bad teachers, and how they can affect others. She also shows other standpoints through quotations, like students talking about their own experiences with bad teachers, which was very compelling.

Bri Cassara's hypertext on Americans was incredibly funny and compelling because she included personal stories. She represented many points of view through people that she had met or known, so she was really able to show the reader the differences between the views and also reveal her own.

In Michael Adair's site on embryonic stem cell research, he presented the different perspectives in a very professional way. He included research and quotations from many individuals, including senators and scientists. Although he does not openly reveal his own opinion right away, he hints at his own standpoint through the text, which I find to be very admirable.
