The incorporation of anarchy and people that fought government intervention shows the opposite strategy then the book does. It is important to show how, in 'Little Brother' the government is even more overpowering and nosey then modern society and thus would create even more commotion amoungst people who are already fed up with goverrnment intervention. The book does a good job of showing how these people would been even more obtrusive if thegovernment tightened security as much as in the novel.
