"You Are Here"
Cell phones are used for more than just phone calls; now, we can call, text, play games, video and voice record, take pictures, and much more. Still, this advancement in technology has enabled one to be tracked via cell phone. Specifically, parents have the tendency to worry and want to know where their kids are at all times, and with the tracking on cell phones, this is made possible. Parents often give their children newer phones that have GPS apps installed on them, and this often gives them the relief to know their children are safe. In relation, Cory Doctorow makes a similar claim in his book, Little Brother, that parents like to know where their kids are at all times, and this is evident when Marcus' dad welcomes security after Marcus went missing.
tracked - an invisible ankle bracelet
relief - *sigh
welcomes security - welcoming security
