In the Harry Potter series Dolores Umbridge plays the role of ministry leisson. She is entirely enfatuated with the state of the ministry and will stop at nothing to bend people to the will of her sacred government. She reminds many people of the character of Severe Haircut Lady because of their obsession with government and lack of limits to obtaining their goals.
