I was pretty happy with my original bitstrip, so I decided to edit the first one instead of make a completely new one for this first remix assignment. I did change some things though, like the dialogue because I wasn't entirely satisfied with it originally. I really wanted to depict Marcus as being overly dramatic and self-absorbed; he is entirely concerned with his battle against the DHS and hardly considers how it could affect his family and friends. This scene with his mother marks an important opportunity for him to realize the toll it has on his family but he still continues to carry on. Since it is a low stakes assignment, I think that both my original and edited comic earn a low "A" because I believe that I added a twist to the original book, which adds insight. I also think it flows properly and I think my use of the program was satisfactory.
