Topic Change. Now Legalization of Marijuana

Although I originally planned on doing my analytical hypertext on the topic of abortion, I decided to change it to the legalization of marijuana. I decided to change because I have more of a vested interest in this topic. I am planning on discussing the viewpoints of many different groups including, but not limited to: the California government, medical marijuana patients, the DEA, and the casual smoker. I will also include my own viewpoint in my hypertext.
