He focuses predominately on how reading behavior has changed over the years due to advancement in technology. The main points are focusing on the challenges they face as well as their data:

Focuses a lot on making a fluid website, especially focused on making a constant navigation bar. As well as keeping fluidity in the pages of the website.

Navigation is important because it is one of the fundamental differences in online vs. traditional writing
